The Estoril Convention Bureau (ECB), is a private not-for-profit association supported by public and private funding, specialising in Business Tourism Marketing. It concentrates its activities on organising Congresses, Conferences, Seminars, Trade, Fairs, Meetings, Events and Trade Visits.

Its principal objectives are the discovery of business opportunities and raising the profile of this region as regards the domestic and international market by means of a consistent and sustained promotional strategy. It also seeks to contribute to the improvement and better structuring of the present supply and to an effective coordination between the various bodies that it represents, both public and private.

The ECB already has a very large number as well as a wide range of Associates, among which are included the principal Portuguese travel agents, suppliers of recreational and sporting equipment, congress centres and hotels in the region, as well as official bodies promoting tourism, and local administrative bodies.
